This DC row house had all the right furniture and art, it just needed a new layout. The dining room and living rooms were switched and existing art was hung to create a new focal gallery wall. New lighting and a few new dining chairs were added to finish the makeover.

In the owners suite there was no existing fireplace but the owner wanted one added. So we purchased a ventless fireplace and had a millworker design and build a custom mantle. Lastly an extra large swivel chair and lamp were added to provide a great spot to cozy up to the fireplace.
